Please note we ship all orders from our HQ in Byron By, Australia. All international orders will be shipped free via DHL Express.
Once your parcel has been dispatched from our showroom, a unique tracking number will be sent to your nominated email address.

Temple of the Sun fine jewellery is crafted by hand in our Byron Bay studio.
Due to our combination of ready-to-ship items and made-to-order designs, we advise referring to the shipping time specified on each product page for an accurate estimate.
Shipping times can vary from next day dispatch for ready made, for our made to order, please allow up to 14 business days for solid gold and 3 to 6 weeks for ceremonial jewellery to be created and shipped.
International Custom Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subjected to local customs duties and taxes that we are not responsible for.
We offer complimentary duties & taxes on all US orders over $1000.
Shipping FAQ
For all parcels that are rejected or returned to sender, the customer will be responsible for covering the full costs charged by both customs and DHL.
The minimum charge for these instances can vary, starting from $80.00 depending on the country where the parcel has been denied.
Unfortunately, we cannot currently ship to the countries listed below due to shipping and fee constraints.

We are currently unable to ship our jewellery products to India due to the strict importation policies established by Indian authorities. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause. We are actively seeking solutions to address this issue and hope to resume shipping to India in the future.
Our listed prices do not include overseas customs duties or taxes that may apply to your purchase. Please note that these duties and taxes are determined by the governing border force of each respective country and are not set by Temple of the Sun.
To track your order, please refer to the shipping confirmation email notification you receive. It will include the courier's name and your parcel's tracking number. Use this information to track your order through the respective courier's online tracking service.
For international orders, we primarily use DHL or Australia Post.
